About me

I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Coach with 5+ years’ experience, helping clients build strong, capable bodies and results that actually last.

With over a decade of gym training, I bring both technical knowledge and real-world experience to my coaching. I’ve competed in powerlifting and trained in bodybuilding, including phases where I’ve dropped over 10kg in 18 weeks - which means I don’t just understand what it takes to get results, I know how to keep progress moving even when life inevitably gets in the way.

My coaching is built around strength, consistency and accountability - everything is tailored to you, your lifestyle, and your goals. You can expect clear direction, a structured plan, and support that keeps the needle moving even when life gets busy. Alongside building strength and confidence, we’ll work on developing a physique that feels strong, balanced, and truly yours.
