At Structure Physique, I believe training should be structured, progressive, and tailored to the individual, not based on random workouts or short-term trends. I work with people who want to build muscle, get stronger, improve their physique, and feel more confident in and out of the gym. Providing a clear plan to help you progress. My coaching style is professional, supportive and educational. I want clients to understand why they are doing something, not just follow instructions. This helps build confidence, improve consistency, and create long-term results. I have experience training with scoliosis, which has given me a strong understanding of how important it is to adapt training around injuries, limitations, and individual needs.
