Whether you're completely new to the gym or looking to take your lifting to the next level, I can help you build strength through clear, effective programming tailored to your goals. I specialise in strength training, with a particular focus on the squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press.   My approach is based on proven training principles rather than trends or gimmicks. I believe strength training should be accessible to everyone, and I enjoy helping people understand not just what to do in the gym, but why they're doing it.   If you've ever felt unsure where to start, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or intimidated by the weights area, I'm here to make the process straightforward and approachable. Together we'll build confidence, develop good technique, and create a plan that works for you.   Strength is for everyone—my job is to help you find yours.
