I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology - focusing on how Physical Activity can improve more than just your physical health. I enjoy challenging hikes, having completed 2 of the 3 national peaks with hopes to do the third soon. I have a deep interest in the mental and physical health connection, with regards to improving both and I will be implementing exercise as a way to regulate moods and improve confidence and self esteem.
My aim is to make people feel comfortable using the gym, to build confidence, making exercise fun and stress free. I can and will assist with all goals; fat loss, weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, mental health, motivation and mood regulation.
