Hi, I'm Kellen and I'm a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach! My whole life I've loved fitness, I've competed in countywide athletics events, played rugby at a semi-professional level and have done mixed martial arts for a decade so it's safe to say that I love being active, but not as much as I love helping people reach their fitness goals. Since the age of 12 I've been set on becoming a personal trainer and helping people to fall in love with fitness as much as I have and to give them a guiding hand towards reaching their goals. I've had hands-on experience with losing weight, gaining muscle and improving my fitness and health so my sessions don't just come from a book, they come from experience. Whatever your goal may be I would love to be a part of the journey and help you get there! You can find me on the gym floor hosting workshops or running intense classes in the functional area.
