Hi I'm Anton
I coach you to train with structure and intent — so you’re not just working hard, but getting stronger, building muscle, and seeing measurable progress in your body and performance.
My coaching is built around strength and hypertrophy, with a focus on biomechanically efficient movement, controlled loading, and progressive overload. Training is structured, purposeful, and designed for long-term results — not random sessions or fatigue for the sake of it.
