Hi, I’m Anton.
I help people move better, build real strength, and train with intention — whether you're returning to fitness, refining your form, or chasing your next personal best.
My coaching supports three key areas: structured strength training, hypertrophy programming, and postural correction. Whether you're working toward a performance goal or simply trying to feel better in your body, I’ll help you train in a way that’s effective, purposeful, and sustainable. For clients struggling with pain or movement restrictions, I incorporate restorative mobility work and targeted strength exercises to improve posture, reduce discomfort, and restore freedom of movement.
With 15 years on my own fitness journey, I bring lived experience and a focused, adaptable coaching style to every session. I’m calm, thoughtful, and direct — but above all, collaborative. Your input shapes how we work, and I’ll always meet you with the right level of support, challenge, and care to help you move forward with confidence.
