About me

Hi, I'm Amaya - I'm a fitness coach and personal trainer, and I love to help people look and feel stronger in their body, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves!

I started my own fitness journey in 2019, to improve my own mental health and help myself to feel stronger - and in 2025 I was diagnosed with ADHD. Training in the gym and improving my physical health and strength helped me to build up my mental health and strength, and I truly believe I would not be where I am today without the gym.

Using my personal experience, I am confident in providing neurodivergent friendly training, specifically helping to build consistency and design programmes that work best for how you function! I am a big believer in using training to help navigate life with ADHD, and I myself know that it can be difficult to remain consistent and find balance without burning out. If you train with me you will get support from someone that knows what you are going through - and a routine that works with how you function, helps you build consistency, and acheive your goals at the same time!

If your goal is to look 'toned' I will help you get there - don't be scared to pick up some weights! As a petite woman that at first struggled to gain muscle, I am well equipped to helping petite people gain lean musle mass without needing to 'bulk'. I am a huge advocate for women strength training and taking up space in the gym, not just for looking great and feeling amazing, but also for our strength and health - especially for women 35+, as it supports our hormones and helps us to remain strong and mobile well into later life.

My passion is helping people build strength, fitness, and confidence, no matter who you are - every body is welcome!
