My passion for sports and fitness began in childhood while playing football at a high level. I was scouted by Bristol City Football Club which sadly ended due to injury. After this, training became difficult and I gained weight. I realised I needed to make a change and lost 60lb in one year. I totally understand the challenges that come with trying to lose weight and I’m ready to help others do the same. Over the last 12 years I have built a structured routine whilst still allowing myself to enjoy life treats. I believe this is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
