I started going to the gym when I was 16, but I was on and off with it at first. I used to worry a lot about what people would think of me and felt anxious just being there. Eventually, I realised that no one was really watching or judging me everyone was there for the same reason: to improve themselves. So I told myself to just get up, go, and do it, even on the days I didn’t feel like it. And every time I finished a session, I felt better. That’s when I knew I wanted to help other people feel the same. Back in high school, I struggled with learning, but I always had a passion for sports. At 15, I took a Level 1 Sports Leader course, where I helped kids who didn’t enjoy sports or felt too nervous to take part. That experience showed me how powerful support and encouragement can be. It inspired me to help even more people especially those who feel too anxious or unsure about going to the gym.
I work with people who don’t really know how the gym works and need that initial guidance. I’m here to support you every step of the way whether that’s showing you how to set up, helping you learn the equipment, or cheering you on when you’re unsure. You’re not on your own, and I’ll help you build confidence one session at a time.
