I began my fitness journey at 15, starting out as a skinny teenager lacking confidence. Discovering the gym completely changed my life not only did I build strength, but I also developed self-belief, discipline, and a passion for helping others unlock their potential. My background in powerlifting gave me a solid foundation in strength training, focusing on the “big three”: squat, bench, and deadlift. Through competing and preparing for meets, I gained first-hand experience in programming, competition prep, and performing under pressure. Alongside this, I have been training in Thai boxing for the past year, which has enhanced my understanding of movement, mobility, and explosive performance. This combination of strength and combat training has shaped my approach to coaching — focusing on building not just strength, but also athleticism and resilience. I am passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives and committed to helping others achieve their goals safely, effectively, and with confidence.
