About me

Hi everyone, I’m Katie! I truly believe that living a healthy lifestyle and moving your body regularly is one of the most powerful ways to create a happier, more fulfilling life. When you start showing up for yourself, the mental glow-up begins and it shows up physically too! For me, a healthy lifestyle isn’t about restriction or perfection. It’s about balance, consistency, and enjoying the process. Exercise should challenge you, that’s how you grow! But it should never feel like punishment. If it starts to feel like a chore, that’s your sign to switch things up and find something that excites you again. I’m here to help you find that balance and guide you in building a lifestyle that feels good, not forced. Fitness should make your life fuller, not harder. My goal as a PT is to help you feel free to live life on your terms: spend time with friends and family, take that two-week holiday, and STILL smash your fitness goals along the way.
