I'm head coach of The Strong Woman Project, and I specialise in strength training, increased muscle mass, weight loss and building unbreakable confidence in and outside of the gym.
I have trained for the past 8 years in the gym with the background of being a national level gymnast from the ages of 8-18 years old. Weight trained from the age of 14 and I am now a powerlifter and have competed at national level for the past 3 years from the age of 20 and continuing to do so. Even representing Team England at the 2024 Commonwealth Championships held in South Africa, finishing 4th, and Home Nations in Scotland.
I love weight training and how training makes you feel; feeling strong and powerful while loving every second of the journey. Along the way I have also fallen in love with helping others go on their own journey whether that be getting stronger, building muscle, losing weight or just having fun and building confidence. I've been that person that was scared to go heavier or to try new things, been anxious or scared to ask for help or even just to go into the weights section. Since training myself and also becoming a PT I've been able to help lots of people to be able to do what I couldn't do, confidently by themselves like I can now. So now being a PT and online coach I can help so many more people achieve and surpass their goals, by giving them a bespoke training programme, nutritional guidance, weekly check ins, 24/7 support, video analysis and being your number 1 cheerleader on your entire journey.
