Getting in shape doesn’t have to be complicated or feel like a constant struggle. With the right guidance and a plan that fits your life, it can actually be simple, and should be enjoyable. I break things down into easy-to-follow steps and create a tailored program that helps you build confidence, see progress, and actually look forward to your workouts. I was stuck in the same cycle many people face: long hours at a desk, low energy, poor eating habits, and feeling like I’d lost control of my health. But through small, consistent changes, not extremes, I turned things around. Now, with over 25 years of personal gym experience and professional qualifications as a personal trainer, I help others do the same. I specialise in body recomposition, helping you lose fat, build lean muscle, and feel more energised, but I also work with clients of all levels who want to improve general fitness, strength, or simply move and feel better in their daily lives. My coaching goes beyond sets and reps, I want you to enjoy training and feel good doing it. Every session is designed to build your confidence and keep you progressing at a pace that suits you. And because training and nutrition go hand in hand, I also offer straightforward nutritional guidance to support your goals, without fad diets or cutting out the foods you love. As a husband, dad, and business owner, I know what it’s like to juggle family, work, and still try to prioritise your health. I work closely with each client to build realistic, flexible routines that work with your lifestyle, not against it.
