Start Strong, Stay Motivated, Achieve More, Together! My name is Pooja Dawadi, and my journey as a Personal Trainer didn't start with a qualification-it / started with a personal quest for change. Over the last two years, I embarked on my own fitness journey to gain self-awareness and achieve a body I was truly happy with. Through dedicated effort, I've successfully i changed my body composition, increasing muscle mass, reducing fat, and significantly improving my strength. This experience has taught me that the fitness journey is ongoing and deeply personal.
I know first-hand the discipline and guidance required for a successful fitness journey, especially as it involves lifestyle changes and habit building. Since I am still on this journey to achieving my own body goals, I will be on that journey with you. My training style is focused on creating motivation as a buddy.
