About me

I became a Personal Trainer because I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their fitness, and create lasting healthy habits. Having been on my own fitness journey, I understand the challenges people face and use my experience to better support each individual’s needs while building strong, positive relationships. While my primary focus is strength training, I am also qualified to support a range of goals, including weight loss, functional fitness, and overall wellbeing. I work with clients of all levels, with a particular focus on those starting out or returning to exercise. My aim is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where you can progress at your own pace and feel proud of every step you take.
