I've been training for 6+years, training various styles from power lifting to bodybuilding. I am currently focusing on fucntional fitnesd to help strengthen my weight training and build up joint and ligament strength.
My passion for fitness grew because of my mother who was terminally ill and couldn't move, fitness gave her a better quality of life which inspired me to help other people to become the vest version of themselves mentally and physically.
