I spent over a decade and a half in the high-pressure world of hospitality, from coffee roasting to serving as a head chef.
As a parent, I know exactly what it’s like to balance a demanding career and family life, alongside my own health and fitness goals. So, I’m here to help you build a body and mind that is robust, capable and fueled for real life.
My coaching focuses on the ‘long run’, both literally and figuratively. I specialise in combining heavy strength training with endurance, proving that you can lift big and run far without sacrificing one for the other.
