Supporting people in building healthy, sustainable nutrition habits is at the core of my coaching. As a certified coach, I specialize in nutrition guidance and personalized meal planning, helping clients create a balanced relationship with food that fits their lifestyle and long-term goals.

I offer a holistic approach to coaching, combining Personal Training with my experience in Kickboxing and Yoga. This allows me to blend strength and conditioning with mobility, mindfulness, and functional movement.
