Health, fitness, and overall wellbeing have always been my passion. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by movement and driven to explore new forms of training to improve both physical and mental health. In addition to Personal Training, I’m also a Kickboxing and Yoga practitioner. This allows me to offer a unique and dynamic approach to fitness — blending strength and conditioning with mindfulness, mobility, and powerful techniques from martial arts. My training style is holistic — I focus on developing balance in strength, endurance, and flexibility.
