I have been a PT in this gym for over seven years now, and have more than enough experience and knowledge to get you where you want.
I am looking for clients that are wanting to get strong, build awesome physiques and keep themselves in a fit and healthy condition too. I have helped people lose weight, make amazing lifts, compete in different events and get fit for both the army and the police.
We will push training forward in an effective and healthy manner, whilst building a resilient mindset where you will learn challenges are to be welcomed.
Me? I am currently training as a Powerlifter and I am heavily focused on strength but also have many years of experience training and competing in cross country, OCR/assault course events and even a Hyrox.
