About me

Hello, I'm Ethan, a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 5 years of experience inside the gym, 4 of which I spent as a high-level powerlifter. My approach combines technical expertise with a strong motivation to help clients train smarter, move better, and achieve lasting results.

Whether the goal is fat loss, general strength, or powerlifting specifics, I focus on fundamentals that last, combined with progressive programming and accountability to help you reach your own goals. I strongly believe that with the right coaching, structure and mindset, anyone can train like an athlete.
