Hi, My name is Kieran, I became a personal trainer after experiencing the impact of having one myself — the confidence, strength, and focus it gave me completely changed my life. That experience inspired me to help others feel the same. My own fitness journey is something I’m incredibly proud of. I’ve gained over 20kg in bodyweight, taken up Olympic weightlifting, and built a lifestyle that revolves around strength, health, and performance. I bring that same energy and drive to every session — training with me is not just about reps and sets, it's about feeling strong, having fun, and pushing yourself in a supportive, high-energy environment.
