I used to dread PE and avoided exercise altogether. The gym felt intimidating and “not for me.” Fast forward 8+ years and I’ve lost over 20kg, rebuilt my relationship with food, and shifted from wanting to be the smallest version of myself to the strongest. I’ve lived it all — the fear, the obsession, the rebuild. Now I use my experience to help women build strong, confident bodies without restriction, intimidation, or shrinking themselves.
