I have been training for over 10 years and I am an active Martial Artist.
My main discipline is Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). I also practice Calisthenics and Strength & Mobility training in the gym.
My approach is built on consistency, discipline and smart training. I believe that the right combination of training, nutrition and mindset can changenyour life inside and out.
