10 stone & health is now at an all time low but again most importantly still not happy
I have been at both sides extremes of this journey, but now I change my focus & put my effort into areas of life that I actually have control over & now I’m actually happy achieving goals that seemed wouldn’t happen
My goal as a trainer is to help people not make the same mistakes I did & give them the tools to actually get fitter & stronger
