With over 11 years of hands-on experience, I provide high-quality personal training built around real results, not generic plans. My approach combines technical expertise with a strong focus on movement quality, helping clients build strength, lose weight, and perform at their best.
I specialise in movement coaching, fat loss, boxing, injury rehabilitation, and developing strength to a professional standard. My experience also includes working with Team GB Paralympic athletes, including coaching a current gold medallist—giving me a deeper understanding of elite performance, adaptability, and precision in training. Whether you’re starting from scratch, returning from injury, or looking to push your performance further, every programme is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I offer both 1-to-1 and small group personal training sessions, ensuring you get the right level of attention, structure, and accountability to progress effectively. All clients begin with a free 30-minute consultation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your goals, assess your current position, and make sure we’re the right fit to work together before committing to a programme
