I've been in the health and fitness industry for 20+ years; employed to different roles ranging through exclusively PT, outdoor coach with sports clubs, rehabilitation specialist positions within provtae healthcare, trainer/assessor and group exercise roles within health clubs.
Since early teens, I have taken part in several sports and fitness activities, ranging in different disciplines of team and individual sport, outdoor action and pitch, land based and water sports. In that time, I trained under a range of different coaches which was a first hand expereince of how to it feels to be on your side of the client-coach relationship.
Throughout the years of exercise and programming, I came across kettlbells and I've been throwing them around since! They're great for functional strength training, aiding back injuries, and are a great piece of kit for sports performance too! If you'd like to give them a try, please come and speak with me!
My specialism in PT is biomechanics, helping you move more efficiently, get fitter, faster, and stronger through a scale of sports performance to p/rehabilitation. Seeing you achieve goals and gain wuality of life is very rewarding!
