Hey, I'm Lee.
Exercise has been a big part of my life in one form or another for over 15 years. I have a background in MMA and started training around the age of 16. I added weightlifting not long after to put on size, as I was very underweight at the time.
If you don't feel confident when it comes to exercise, or if you feel intimidated by the gym environment, that's okay — we all start somewhere. I'm here to help you with a science-based approach to training.
