I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with a first class BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a love for health and fitness. Helping people become the best version of themselves is my passion – whether that’s building confidence, improving health, or unlocking new levels of strength.
With my educational background, I use evidence-based programming to create sessions that are tailored to your goals, preferences and needs. No cookie-cutter plans – everything is personalised to you.
A little about me, I’ve always loved strength training and running, however, when I’m not in the gym, you’ll probably find me out on a long walk with my dog. I believe exercise should be something you genuinely enjoy – that’s why I focus on making every session challenging, rewarding and (yes!) even fun.
I work with clients of all abilities and backgrounds – whether you’re new to the gym or looking to break through a plateau, I am here to support you with my friendly, motivating and knowledgeable approach.
