Hi, my name is Jen.
I specialise in helping gym newcomers and those seeking support to find their direction in the gym to feel confident and comfortable on the gym floor.
My coaching style is supportive, balanced and focused on consistency, helping you to gain strength, fitness and confidence through sustainable progress built upon good habits and self belief.
Before moving into Personal Training, I spent 13 years coaching skiing and snowboarding worldwide. That experience taught me how to support people through fear, build confidence step by step and help them challenge themselves to achieve things they didnt't think were ever possible!
My goal is to help you become fitter, stronger and more confident, so you can live life to the full - whatever that looks like to you.
