CHLOE RORISON Founder of The Glute Project | Women’s Confidence & Glute Strength Specialist

Most women don’t struggle with motivation. They struggle with confidence in busy gym environments and knowing what to do next. Walking through the door is harder than most people admit. And if you’re here reading this board, that’s already a win. You might still feel unsure, intimidated, or a bit out of place, but that’s exactly where my coaching begins.

I’ve spent the past eight years helping hundreds of women move from feeling intimidated to feeling confident and in control in the gym. Through The Glute Project, I’ve created a supportive women-only community focused on learning, lifting well, getting strong, and feeling capable in every area of the gym.

My coaching doesn’t focus only on your one hour of training. We look at the other 167 hours of your week, from your routine, your energy, and your lifestyle, and build something long term and realistic around that. No extremes. No all-or-nothing. Just a plan you can maintain.
