I’m a bronze medalist from the Commonwealth Powerlifting Championships and hold a Scottish Bench Press Record. Strength training and the gym have changed my life, and now I’m here to help it change yours. As a woman in the gym, I know how overwhelming and intimidating it can be to get started. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to empower others—whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, or just feeling confident in your body. With me, the gym is a safe, supportive space.
