Hello, I’m Marcin – Personal Trainer, Dad, Husband, and a Bodybuilding Competitor.
Let’s be real: staying fit in your early 20s, when you’ve got unlimited time and energy, is easy. But when real life kicks in — long hours at work, family responsibilities, and barely a moment for yourself — that’s when fitness becomes a real challenge. I know, because I’ve been there. I became a dad and still competed in bodybuilding while my baby was young. I understand what it’s like to juggle sleepless nights, a demanding schedule, and still find the discipline to train, eat right, and stay in shape. Along the way, I’ve not only competed myself but also coached clients to step on stage for bodybuilding competitions, as well as prepare for demanding events like HYROX, Spartan Races, and other endurance or strength-based challenges.
