I have been a PT for 10yrs but fitness did not come naturally to me. I was used to trying quick fixes and going to the gym was a scary concept. This has given me a real understanding of the prohibiting and motivational factors to building and maintaining a healthier lifestyle in order to achieve your fitness and body goals.
It’s never too late to start your fitness journey. I specialise in teaching clients how to own their space in the gym, how to lift heavy things and take control of your own body and mindset.
I have firsthand experience of adapting training around hormonal changes and how to feel empowered through the peri/menopause.
PT should be enjoyable, my aim is for you to reach your goals and have a laugh along the way!
