About me

Hi I’m Tai,

With 6 years of personal training experience my mission as a coach is to give people the tools to create a healthy balanced lifestyle, build confidence in the gym and guid you on your fitness journey with an effective but enjoyable training approach. I will teach you how to perform exercises in a simple yet practical way, support you every step of the way working as a team to reach your goals.

From a young age sports and fitness has always been a passion of mine. From Nationally competing in High Jump, playing competitive Basketball, Calisthenics to Olympic Lifting, staying active and healthy is an important part of my life.

With over 10 years as an ex-competitive gymnast and coach at the heart of my training philosophy are flexibility, mobility and stretching as they are essential for a strong, balanced and injury-free body. These practices not only enhance your overall performance they make weight training safer and more effective. Focusing on flexibility and mobility helps you move better, lift more efficiently,, recover faster, all whilst reducing the risk of injuries.
