If you’re reading this you’re probably thinking Jason looks a little older than your typical PT on this board and yes, you’re right! My life journey thus far is not your classic tale of following my dream into Health & Fitness fresh out of education.
Fast forward 25 years in a high-pressure sales roles. Aged 50 I took the big step forward and decided to re-educate myself as a Personal Trainer to follow my life-long passion into Fitness, Strength & Wellbeing. Proof you’re never too old!
My belief has always been that fitness should be a balanced approach and should remain sustainable to your Lifestyle and circumstances. It should be enjoyable and fun but measurable and challenging to ensure you hit your realistic and achievable goals. I want to share my life’s knowledge and experiences along with my workout programmes regardless of ability, no matter how old or young, big or small, fit or unfit to help you with my workouts and training & programs to educate and support you on your Fitness & Wellbeing journey. You will see me on the gym floor or in classes - spot the grey hair!
