I have over 17 Years of Martial Arts Experience and run my own Karate School. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 3 years and have extensive experience in coaching people of all ages and abilities. I specialise in Body Toning through Resistance Training (Weightlifting) and help sportsmen and sportswomen Attribute Train for their respective sports, this includes: Plyometrics, Strengthening, and Functional Fitness. I pride myself on ensuring sessions are Continually Enjoyable to help my clients maintain momentum whilst working towards their fitness goals. Additionally, I always encourage Confidence Building and Independence in my clients to help build Knowledge and Competency so that they may eventually train solo.
