About me

Want to leave the gym with a stronger body, and a happier mind? I’m here to make your goals a reality! Taking the stress out of training with a positive mindset - providing direction, and creating a plan that fits your life. My passion for fitness began at 16 with running, but my love for strength training truly started in 2020 - with only a pair of 3kg dumbbells and an old yoga mat. From that moment, I fell in love with the way it made me feel - stronger, healthier, less anxious, and I knew I was building towards something that would benefit my future. Working in the Film & TV industry in a highly stressful job also pushed me to re-evaluate what truly matters - and that’s health. My coaching is about: Building strength for life, showing up consistently, progress over perfection, supporting your mental health, smart programming for busy lives We are not a before-and-after photo. We are a continuous, imperfect line - with twists, turns & setbacks. But - I believe that with the right support, we really can & will achieve anything we put our minds to!
