I know how frustrating it is to train hard and see little progress. I started at 55kg with no structure or direction, and over four years I built 15kg of lean muscle through consistent, intelligent training. Now I help others do the same, without trial and error.
With a BA in contemporary dance I bring a deep understanding of movement mechanics, posture and mobility. That means you won’t just train harder, you’ll train smarter. I focus on precise technique, progressive strength training, and building a body that performs a well as it looks.
