Health and fitness is a lot like cooking — you get the ingredients, but you make your own recipe.
I’m Shaun, a Personal Trainer here at Charing Cross. I started out as a golf professional before studying coaching at university, and I’ve now spent over 10 years helping people reach their goals — from running and sports performance to weight management, Hyrox competitions and building strength.
I’m also a bit obsessed with cooking and love finding ways to make meals that are simple, quick and enjoyable. For me, there are no “cheat meals” or “treats” — food is fuel, and health is about looking after your mental well-being as much as your physical fitness.
In the gym, I’ll help you move better, get stronger and build confidence through structured, effective training. Outside the gym, we’ll work on small daily changes that create lasting habits without feeling overwhelming.
