About me

Hi, I'm Mhairi (VAR-ray)!

I work with women looking to get fitter, feel stronger, grow their confidence, and become the best version of themselves. It can be hard to navigate our way through the endless fad diets, unachievable standards, and the pressures placed upon us to be perfect.

I first joined a gym in my 3rd year of university, in a bid to lose some “lockdown weight” and improve my mental health. I understand what it's like to be a beginner, lacking confidence and not liking what I saw in the mirror.

So whether you're looking to grow your confidence in the gym and lift safely, lose bodyfat and build muscle, complete a photoshoot, train for your first hyrox, or run a 5K/10K/half-marathon, I will be there to help you every step of the way with a plan that works for YOU and YOUR lifestyle!

At one point these goals felt out of reach, but I have since achieved all of them and so much more, and I'd love to help you do the same!

I offer detailed, personalised coaching either online, in-person, or with a hybrid blend of the two.
