I’m Vicki, a Personal Trainer and busy mum, with almost a decade of coaching experience, helping women feel stronger and more confident in the gym.
I specialise in women’s health, supporting clients through pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the menopause transition, alongside functional strength training that carries into real life.
Being in mid-life myself, I understand the realities of juggling training with work, family life and changing energy levels, and I coach in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable.
I’m passionate about helping women build confidence with weights, improve technique and realise they’re capable of far more than they think. With a background in endurance running and HYROX-style training, we build strength and fitness side by side, in a space where you feel supported, capable and proud of what your body can do.
