Hello, I’m Katie! I’m a level 2 Fitness Coach and a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a BA (Hons) in Education and over 4 years of training experience. I’m all about creating a positive, supportive training environment where you can push your limits, have fun, and actually enjoy the process of getting fit no matter your age or experience level. My main focus areas are strength training, weight loss, toning and building body and self confidence. I love helping clients find their rhythm and learn proper technique and discover that lifting weights can be enjoyable and not something to dread.
