About me

Hi, my name’s Shona!

I’ve been on my own personal gym journey for over three years now. With the help of a PT I lost over 20kgs in body weight and gained so much strength and confidence in myself. I’ve gone from never running in my life to competing in multiple HYROX events and even running a half marathon - if I can do it so can you! I’ve always loved working with and supporting people and have spent over 12 years working in healthcare doing so. In 2025 I decided it was time to take the leap and make the change from nursing to personal training, and I haven’t looked back! I’m really passionate about your overall health and well-being. Coming to the gym isn’t just about changing the way your body looks, it’s about how you feel too!
