I draw inspiration from science-supported bodybuilding, combined with high-intensity principles (HIT) that help you build a physique without needing to live in the gym! Whether you’re looking to lose fat or build muscle, the training structure can adapt to your goals and your lifestyle. I offer online and hybrid coaching, meaning you can train in person, remotely, or both. The goal? Long-term transformation - not short-term fixes.
