About me

Hello, my name is Scott.

My fitness journey started during lockdown in 2020. For most of my life prior to that I was always very overweight and struggled with my self image. Lockdown became my time for change, and I managed to go from 17stone to 10. This change in weight done wonders for my self image and confidence levels. So much so that I started my journey in the gym.

My main focus was now to build muscle and get stronger something i’m still passionate about. This then led me to reconsider my life goals and I decided to drop out of university and instead start a new career by studying Fitness & Health. This would get me the qualification I need so that I could become a personal trainer and help motivate others to reach their goals.

Losing weight and putting on muscle has helped me grow mentally and physically stronger. I understand what it’s like to want to change but can’t see the path to it. Stating your fitness journey can be tough but with someone by your side giving you motivation, understanding and confidence that path becomes a lot clearer.
