Whether you’re a new mother finding your way back to fitness or training for a marathon or any distance, my approach is realistic and built around your lifestyle. Having completed 7 ultramarathons and 3 road marathons. I know exactly what it takes to stay consistent and push your limits. Balancing motherhood, running and training myself, I understand how challenging it can be and I’m here to support you every step of the way!
