Hi I’m Jonny

I specialise in helping busy men and woman lose fat, tone up and build confidence.

Build the body you want without having to train in the gym 5 days a week and give up your favourite foods.

I will build you a bespoke training plan to fit around your busy work and family commitments, as well as nutritional help and targets to guarantee your success.

I also offer beginner to advanced boxing training, if you want a full body workout guaranteed to burn calories while learning a new skill.
