I'm passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their fitness, and achieve long-term, sustainable results. My coaching style is rooted in motivation, support, and empowerment - because fitness should fit you, not the other way around. Whether you're taking your first steps in the gym or returning to rediscover your fitness, l'll guide you with encouragement, structure, and patience. My own journey began shortly after I turned 30, following the birth of my daughter, Sadie. A difficult attempt to climb Roseberry Topping made me realise something had to change. Through consistent training and healthier habits, I transformed both my physical and mental wellbeing. Living with Crohn's Disease, I also learned first-hand just how powerful nutrition and movement can be in improving everyday life.
Having worked in customer service since the age of 19, helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do. At 40, I returned to college so I could combine that passion with my love for fitness — and now, I'm here to help others make the positive changes that transformed my own life.
I know exactly how daunting it can feel to walk into a gym for the first time. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable, confident, and supported here as I am. Together, we'll focus on realistic goals, enjoyable workouts, and healthy habits that help you feel stronger — inside and out.
