I've always been passionate about fitness, but like many I struggled during lockdown. Unfortunately, that led to my weight gain and significant decline in my fitness levels. In March 2022, I decided to make a change and joined the gym, and I haven't looked back ever since.
Around the same time, I began my menopause journey. Which presented both mental and physical challenges. However, I found resistance training to be incredibly beneficial and a key part of getting back on track.
Now, I am committed to helping others in similar situations becoming fitter and stronger. After 14 years in the finance industry I decided to become a Personal Trainer. Fitness has truly changed my life, and I want to share it with you.
