Hi, I’m Abbie - a qualified personal trainer with over 4 years of gym experience. My journey began as a complete beginner, and over time, I developed a passion for fitness that I now love sharing with others. I understand how intimidating the gym can feel, which is why I’m here to help you build your confidence and achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and empowering environment. My specialities include weight loss, muscle building, and overall body toning. Each client receives a personalised training program tailored to their specific needs and goals. This will include 24/7 access to a video diary full of exercises. I also provide nutritional guidance and help identify any lifestyle or mindset barriers that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, I’m here for anyone willing to put in the work and time. I offer individual, partner or small group sessions of up to three people.
